Acceso a la encuesta

Dear Collegue,

welcome to the first survey worldwide about the impact of COVID-19 in Nuclear Medicine! Please answer and share with all professionals who work in our field (physicians, residents, technicians, nurses and others).

COVID-19 is challenging the availability of hospital resources. Several departments are shifting their work to diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 patients. According to a standardized methodology, the Young Group of the Italian Association of Nuclear Medicine (AIMN) developed this survey to evaluate the current experiences in the international scenario.

The questionnaire consists of few questions that could be answered in about 15 min from all electronic devices, addressing three issues within Nuclear Medicine departments: – new criteria for diagnostic and therapeutic programs; – assistance of patients with diagnosed or suspected COVID-19; – prevention of COVID-19 spreading in the departments.

Since the 1st of April 2020, invitation to the survey will be sent to the corresponding authors of scientific papers about the field of Nuclear Medicine indexed in PUBMED/MEDLINE in 2019. Two reminders will be mailed to all non-responding recipients. Moreover, the survey weblink could be sent and posted by mail or social media on every electronic devices. The survey will be closed on the 31th of May 2020.

Responses will be collected anonymously. Sub-analyses according to demographic and professional sub-groups will be performed. All data will be used according to privacy and publishing rules. For any other information or suggestions, please write to surveycovid19mn@gmail.com.

We are happy to receive your responses and give a contribution to our community.

Thank you for your help!
